In most cases, the electric heated towel rail is not used as a main source of heating the bathroom, therefore, its constant
excessive operation leads to extra use of electricity. According to the calculations 3 hours of the towel rail operation is enough to dry the towel totally. About 6 hours of the heated towel rail profitable work is enough to dry the towels twice a day – in the morning and at night, so it works in vain during the rest of the 18 hours! Eco Mode allows you to use the towel rail only when necessary – for 3-6 hours a day to dry clothes. This will reduce the energy consumption by 4 or even 8 times a day.
How to enable Eco Mode?
You need to press the timer button, hold it, then press the temperature button and release both in 5 seconds, after which the towel rail will switch off. Then turn it on in regular way.
It’s done! To go back to the constant heating mode, you should perform the same steps again.
